The company Realux was founded by Andrei Melnikov, an expert with relevant education and experience in the field of construction and finishing since 2004.
Since 2022 we have been operating in Batumi and the surrounding area, having completed more than 40 projects, half of which — renovation of flats on a turnkey basis. Our team includes a procurement officer, a foreman, a site supervisor, a quantity surveyor, and specialist tradespeople: painters, electricians, plumbers, tilers, and plasterers.
