After finishing school in 1996, I enrolled at the Magnitogorsk Construction College, majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
After graduating, I continued my studies at an Economics Academy, which later helped me manage construction projects and run a business effectively.
I began my career in construction in 2003 as a general worker at a construction company. This gave me a deep understanding of the process from the inside — from rough work to project handover.
