Renovation work on this property began in May 2024 and was fully completed in September of that year. During this period, all stages were completed, from rough work to final fittings. We installed built-in furniture and fully furnished the apartment with textiles and interior items. The project was completed turnkey, right down to the purchase of pillows, blankets, decor, dishes, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.
The work began with leveling all the walls. Although the apartment was rented as a white frame, the plaster surface had some unevenness and irregularities, so the decision was made to completely redo all the walls and bring them into perfect alignment.
The next step was installing the underfloor heating system and completing the plumbing and electrical work.
The heated floors were installed using cross-linked polyethylene pipes on special insulating mats with the installation of a manifold unit.
A manifold system for cold and hot water was also installed, and a safety group was installed at the inlet. This approach ensures maximum reliability and durability of the engineering systems. Unlike polypropylene-based solutions, this one uses a single pipe without breaks or joints, completely eliminating the risk of leaks in the screed and walls.
A key element of the system is the water leak sensors. When moisture comes into contact with them, a servo actuator is triggered, automatically shutting off the water supply to the entire apartment. This modern solution helps protect your home from possible flooding and keeps your finishes in pristine condition.
All electrical wiring is carried out using NYM class cable, which is characterized by increased safety and durability.
The electrical panel is assembled according to modern standards: it includes an input circuit breaker, a voltage relay that regulates safe minimum and maximum values, as well as circuit breakers by group, an RCD for leakage current protection, and a contactor that controls the master switch. This design ensures complete network protection and convenient management of the apartment’s power supply.
An interesting technical solution was to place the indoor air conditioner unit near the entrance door. This created a comfortable microclimate throughout the apartment and avoided direct airflow into the relaxation area.
After the engineering work, we began plastering the walls and finishing the bathroom with porcelain stoneware. We also installed the gas boiler and prepared all systems for operation.
The final stage included painting the walls, installing furniture, and installing suspended ceilings. We always install furniture up to the ceiling and then stretch the ceiling from the furniture—this modern solution creates a sense of cohesion and architectural completeness in the space.
The work was completed with the installation of interior elements and final cleaning. The result is a cozy and functional studio, where every detail has been carefully considered.
