About the project

This project was implemented by Realux from December 2024 to April 2025. The total duration of all stages was 5 months.

The apartment was originally a bare-bones structure. All work was carried out in accordance with the approved design project, with a full turnkey finishing and furnishing cycle.

Description of the apartment renovation process based on a design project

1. Preparatory stage

At the first stage, a measured plan of the apartment was prepared, after which the data was transferred to the designer.

Based on the obtained dimensions, a design project was developed and agreed upon with the customer, including all drawings and visualizations necessary for further implementation of the renovation.

2. Rough work

Partitions have been erected.
Electrical wiring was completed throughout the premises, taking into account the placement of furniture and equipment.
Water supply and sewerage systems have been installed.
The floor base, made by the developer, is prepared for the installation of electric underfloor heating.

3. Engineering systems

The apartment is equipped with electric underfloor heating, which ensures comfortable heat distribution throughout the premises.

Since the complex is not gasified, a boiler is installed to provide hot water supply.

4. Finishing works

The walls have been plastered and puttied for the final coating.
Floor coverings have been laid and tiles have been laid in the bathroom and kitchen.
Ceiling structures and decorative lighting were installed in accordance with the project.

5. Finishing stage

Doors, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, and built-in furniture were installed. Electrical outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures were installed.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready for occupancy. The project was completed in full compliance with the design plan and within the specified timeframe.

During the renovation, the client made minor adjustments, choosing different finishes and interior details to emphasize the space’s individuality and make it as cozy and harmonious as possible.

A black frame apartment has been transformed into a modern, functional and move-in ready living space.
