About the project

The turnkey fit-out of the two-bedroom apartment took six months — from late 2024 to May 2025. Thanks to a well-thought-out layout and a detailed design project with bold accent colours, the interior turned out cohesive and functional.

Every detail was worked through — from furniture placement and lighting to the selection of artwork, shelves, and textiles.

The result paid off: the apartment was rented out the day after the listing was published, at a price 30% higher than comparable units in the complex.

A clear example of how quality design increases the value of a property and pays for itself quickly.

Description of the works carried out based on the apartment design project in Batumi

1. Demolition and preparatory works

The apartment was received in a white-shell condition — with uneven walls and poor-quality finishing from the developer.

The previously installed electrical wiring was completely removed.
Complete levelling of walls and partitions was carried out.
Surfaces were prepared for the subsequent finishing works.

2. Electrical installation works

New electrical wiring was installed using non-combustible NUM cables.
The electrical panel was installed inside a cabinet, with a neat and well-considered layout.
Two-way switches and a master switch that cuts power to all lights in the apartment were installed.
Motion-sensor lighting was installed in the bathroom, adding comfort and functionality.

3. Rough and finishing works

All preparatory ‘wet’ stages were completed — plastering, screed, and priming.
Tiles were laid according to the design project:
The tiles were selected from the Vitro store collection — three types in a single composition.
Before laying, a mock-up was assembled on the floor, the pattern was approved by the client and then transferred to the walls with precise adherence to the design.
After the rough stages were completed, the walls were painted in the colours specified in the design project.
One section of the wall was finished with decorative plaster, creating an accent feature.

4. Flooring and ceilings

Quartz-vinyl flooring, known for its durability and moisture resistance, was installed.
Stretch ceilings were installed in all rooms, providing a smooth surface and concealing the engineering systems.
Air conditioners were installed.

After the finishing was complete, the client arrived in Batumi where, together with us, she selected furniture that matched the design project as closely as possible.
The Realux team received the delivery and carried out the assembly and arrangement of the furniture.
The furniture was fitted with built-in appliances: kitchen equipment, lighting, and accessories.
All lighting fixtures and décor elements were purchased strictly according to the design project specification.

6. Project completion

The apartment was handed over fully on a turnkey basis, equipped with everything needed for comfortable living.
The result is an interior that precisely replicates the design project visualisation.
The apartment is being rented out successfully and enjoys high demand thanks to the harmonious combination of design, functionality, and quality of execution.
